2. The HP and AMD Power Your Next Sales Incentive with HP and Axiz is a limited incentive valid from 2^ndApril 2025 to 30^thApril 2025 or whlist stocks last.
3. The incentive is only valid for Axiz sales staff based in South Africa.
4. Only the eligible HP products sold from 2^ndApril 2025 to 30^thApril 2025 will qualifyfor rewards.
5. Rewards values are based on the qualifying HP products as per the below table.

6. HP Driven deals do not qualify for incentive payouts.
7. Maximum rewards per individual is valued and capped at R5000 per salesperson.
8. Sales reporting will be provided by Axiz and all sales are subject to verification. Supporting documentation, including tax invoices, may be required to validate the sales.
9. Rewards will be calculated at the end of the incentive period and will be paid out on Adumo Rewards Shopping vouchers at quarter end.
10. Awarding of incentives is subject to Axiz management approval.
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Axiz beneficiaries will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations, including declaration and payment of tax.
13. The incentive is subject to change, without notice.
